Acyl Carrier Protein (ACP) (65-74)is a particularly difficult peptide in solid phase peptide synthesis. The low synthetic yields are due to the development of internal secondary structures or other effects. ACP (65-74) has become on of the outstanding test peptides in SPPS. Altherton, E.; et al., J.
