PyOxim combines the advantages of OxymaPure with the advantages of phosphonium reagents.  Its coupling capability is superior to PyBOP, HCTU, and TBTU and is on a par with COMU.  PyOxim is cost effective and suitable for solid or solution phase synthesis.  It produces low racemization couplings and can not cause guanidinylation,  making it an excellent reagent for peptide cyclization or fragment condensation.
