Protease Actived Receptor-4 (1-6), human is an N-terminal fragment of PAR-4 that acts as a PAR-4 agonist. It induces platlet aggregation and annexin V activation without affecting clotting times. It mimics thrombin-induced increases in IL-8/CXCL8-Luc activity and elicits mitogenic responces in vivo.
